This is the first release on Green Tea for a couple of years and we are back
with ze bang. Two tough cuts of I Kong’s ‘The Way It Is’ from our new
artists The LVX collective. Straight out of LA, California with vocal
pyrotechnics of Lord Zen from the Hip Hop collective The Visionairies with music
and mixing from David Harrow. A former On-U Sound stalwart Dave has played with Jah
Wobble and the Invaders Of The Heart, The Dub Syndicate, Lee Perry and African
Head Charge as well as fronting his own projects such as Technova and James
Hardway. This is a peach of a record, a fantastic Hip-Hop roots tune, that
will be limited to just 2,000 copies. After that it's over!!!
Both sides are different to the versions appearing on the brand new album from LVX in released in September on the Green Tea label
